They were not willing at beginning to put new tires on. Eventually agreed to pick vehicle up from me and add new tires. Waiting on that still. Also very stingy with filling up tank...only gave half tank. If you want to make the customer happy after spending over $40,000 you fill up the tank and not nickel and dime on tires. More
