I have always had an excellent experience with my salesperson, Jeremy, and the team up to this point. However, my recent service visit left me disappointed with how a persistent issue was handled. For the past three months, my front right tire had been steadily losing air. When I brought the car in for an oil change, I explicitly requested that this be checked. The service manager informed me they do not repair tires but would look into it. Ultimately, I was told the tire was just low and no issue could be found, despite my explaining that I had to refill it regularly. Unsurprisingly, two days later the tire was down another 6 lbs. I took the vehicle to GermanTech for a second opinion. Because I was able to provide a clear description of the ongoing leak, their team looked deeper and quickly discovered a faulty, leaking sensor inside the wheel. I had them fix it on the spot for $133.64. While I have an extended warranty that likely would have covered this, I couldn't justify halting their work to bring the car back to Porsche Louisville. I am not upset, but I am disappointed. When paying for a premium extended warranty and bringing a vehicle to the brand experts, you expect a more thorough diagnostic check than a basic tire-pressure top-off. I hope the service department can use this feedback to look closer at persistent issues in the future. More
