Hubby took our 2009 Traverse to a local shop, who was going to charge us over $4500 and I didn't trust them. Besides that, they kept it a week before even starting on it because they claimed they hadn't received the first two confirmations to go ahead with the diagnostic, despite my husband telling them to do it when he dropped it off. I called Gavynn, who ballparked your numbers for the same service (knowing that you'd have to do a diagnostic to verify) and he said we would likely owe $1200+ less than what that shop quoted us. We brought it over the next day and sure enough, it didn't need everything the other shop had said, but did need other things that they hadn't mentioned! Work was prompt and it was completed on time for just over $2800. It was only in your shop for less than a week, including a weekend and waiting for parts.
Gavynn is fantastic. Very personable and professional. I'm not a big Chevy fan, but I definitely recommend Gavynn & your service department - they've been awesome every time we've needed their help.
