Had an issue with my air conditioning unit in my truck. It was an intermittent issue so it had to be "tracked down" so to speak over a couple days. They ended up replacing a sensor that seemed to fix it. W It was an intermittent issue so it had to be "tracked down" so to speak over a couple days. They ended up replacing a sensor that seemed to fix it. When I went to pick the truck up I started it and sure enough the issue came back. So I brought it home and took it back in the next morning. The ended up replacing a second sensor and that was evidenlly the ticket because it's been working great ever since. The cool thing is, they did not charge me for the second sensor (different one than the one they originally replaced) nor the labor charge for replacing it. Being retired and on a fixed income that was really helpful! Gaven, the service rep and the technicians tracked the problem down. More

Only issue we have, is scheduling. Seemed odd. As soon as we arrive first question was do you have an appointment? Again a little odd. I had a 9:00 appointment and showed up 10 minutes early. I was told the wait for an oil change would be 1 hour and 45 minutes and the service advisor pointed to line of waiting vehicles that was about 8-10 I was told the wait for an oil change would be 1 hour and 45 minutes and the service advisor pointed to line of waiting vehicles that was about 8-10 deep. Why have an appointment when I still have to wait 2 hours? I had to wait nearly 2 and a half hours for my service to complete. I also did not receive the checklist of inspections that were done so I have no idea about tire pressure and wear or battery life. I also had a tire rotation and left the service center with low pressure. More

I waited from 9:30 (appt time) till 3:30. I don't think it was taken back till 11 am. The seats in my car were to be replaced because the sliding on the bottom of both seats were broken. Several months ago I was quoted a price ( $800) for replacing the both seats. That's what I was told..the whole seat. That it couldn't be repaired. I even asked if the leather saddle seats would be the same. So I brought money to pay what was quoted. When I got the car the seats were the same and just the side track covers were replaced. Total $688..Over $300 was just for labor. I thought that was a bit high to replace just the plastic... I was just surprised. He said he didn't remember what he had told me. Amazon cost...
