Ray Montes gets my vote for the BEST salesman by far at any dealership I've ever been to. His patience, knowledge and even temperament make you forget he is even a car salesman. Bad customer service Did not give time of day, and acted above her customers and even treated her workers worse in front of customers, talking down to them. Would not clos Did not give time of day, and acted above her customers and even treated her workers worse in front of customers, talking down to them. Would not close a deal/budge for a mere $400. Wont ever use this dealership again. Would not even come talk to me, they were too busy... the only person that seemed appropriate was the sales person. Guess they don’t like selling cars after all! Will never recommend to anyone I know to be treated like this! More
