Manny (sales) was informative an I live in the city and chose to visit Tenafly BMW based on prior reviews especially relative to other local dealers. Manny (sales) was informative and prompt in our first meeting and gave me a test drive in a nice area, we discussed he pros and cons of BMW vs other brands and also how Tenafly thinks about their customers. It comes down to experience. With the internet folks can see makes and models and price and various important factors of a car though given all the info out there Tenafly BMW is focused on making sure people feel great about buying a car at a fair price and are given amazing treatment. I highly recommend at a minimum visiting this dealership if you are looking for a bmw! I chose to buy a car from them ultimatley because of my experience especially as a first time bmw owner and first time owner of a car in a decade! More

Ricki Shamen was a pure delight she painlessly executed the ordering of my car and kept me posted from production line to arrival day. Finance Director Landon Greer was very gracious and exceptionally efficient. And Kristie Coppola was truly brilliant and so personable when explaining all the new features and how they work. And can't forget Gem Camorongan who is always there for me and makes my service appointments a pleasure. I have never had a better car experience and hope to have many more. Was greeted by Sandra had a car for service then decided perhaps time to change to a new one. She introduced me to Roland and GM Victor. They were amazing and helpful and most importantly very professional. perhaps time to change to a new one. She introduced me to Roland and GM Victor. They were amazing and helpful and most importantly very professional. I really liked working with them. Roland never pushed to sell a car and was very helpful and descriptive in what my options were. I really liked the deal they gave me and GM was so nice and friendly you could hardly tell he is the GM. Very nice again and professional if I can find any other words will add how great they were. And if you ever need help with service Sandra is AMAZING. Great job BMW of Tenafly. More
