Having a warranty is great but this means the car was really over $13,000! We were not only shocked but it created that uncomfortable feeling you get at a dealer when you are like what the heck and already feel cheated before even beginning negotiations. Additionally, their parking lot is a hot mess! While there one employee had to move 7 cars to get 1 out for a customer test drive, another employee hit another car while pulling out a vehicle for a test drive. There are cars stacked on top of cars! Also, expect them to spend quite a bit of time looking for keys. They are either in a giant drawer or in buckets that they dump out on the table searching. The only bright spot I saw at this dealer was our salesperson, Geneva Carr. She is worth asking for by name if you want to overlook all the other negatives. More

At least you get something in return for the dealer doc fee instead of the excuse that it "covers the cost of them doing the paperwork and prepping the car for the lot". Lokey gives you Free Lifetime Oil Changes and your talking about synth. oil that isn't cheap! It also helps to have a great Sales Team and more important great Sales Managers that truly want to help you and I was in the business for over 40 yrs. So that says a lot about this store and the way it's managed! Thanks Geneva and Rob! Another stress free (as much as it could be!) car buying experience! More

When I requested these items, my salespersons advised they would check for the items and call me. Weeks went by without a response. After several attempts to resolve the matter with the sales staff, I moved to management. Immediately got pushback, then advised manual ordered, and at one point told navigation card would be acquired. It’s been 5 months and I am still attempting to receive these basic items, and no one at the dealership is attempting anything that resembles Customer Care. More
