Great Experience Geneva sold me a 2017 Grand Cherokee this past Saturday and I can not begin to explain how excellent my experience with her was. She instantly was so friendly and had so much personality. I sought out this car online so when I arrived I knew exactly what I was looking for. They were pretty busy so we started to look for the jeep Geneva approached us to help. She found it and was able to track down the keys to move the multiple vehicles blocking it. We test drove it and I knew I was ready to go inside to get some numbers. This is when we worked with Kyle and he gave us an initial first deal. There was a GMC down the road I wanted to test drive before I decided but Kyle came back with a deal we couldn't refuse. We spent some time with Kyle and we decided to go for it. Geneva was with us for the whole process, we talked, and laughed. She definitely made the day go by so much faster. She was extremely accommodating. We also had a great experience with the financial guy, Im not sure his name and I don't see him on the list. He was also super down to earth and very personable. I would highly recommend this dealership if you want a good experience. We met a few other people through the process (Uncle Joe, and a few others I forgot the names) More

She had the car re-detailed and spent a lot of time showing me how everything worked inside the car, setting up the bluetooth, making sure I had a fullmtank of gas etc....she was extremely helpful and a great salesperson overall! You should be proud to have her working for Lokey! I would most definitely recommed Lokey to anybody looking to purchase a vehicle. From sales through finance everything was great! More
