Most of our preliminary discussions were via email and when I arrived at the dealership, I was in and out within 30 minutes. First time ever! Everyone that I came in contact with was friendly and welcoming. If you don’t want to spend half a day buying a new vehicle, I highly recommend Genna and will definitely consider a Mercedes for my next car. ;) More

Genna contacted me and I received a quote within two days.... other dealerships that I contacted took an entire week and did not seem to really want my business. One of Genna’s first responses stated that she wanted my business and wanted to earn my business.... she was extremely motivated and proactive. As far as the actual transaction of purchasing my new vehicle, it was perfect..... they sent most of my paperwork before I arrived so almost everything was already done. This was one of the best car buying experiences ever!!!! I would definitely recommend Mercedes Benz of Huntsville ... and especially Genna!!!!! She is a hard worker with an incredible work ethic! :) More
