I was more impressed with Her service after the Sale. She was available to answer all questions and was the same friendly person that She was before the Sale was completed. A Joy to work with, I will recommend others to ask for Genna when considering to purchase a Mercedes. More

We had visited 3 other dealerships 2 in Nashville Our experience in purchasing a new vehicle was a great experience due to our sales rep Genna Cecil. We had visited 3 other dealerships 2 in Nashville and 1 in Bowling Green, KY and talked with 4 other sales reps and none where as personable, friendly, kind, genuine or as helpful as Genna (Who actually called us back after our visit). She not only search for 3 months looking for a certain type of vehicle, but stayed in contact with us and finally walked us through the process of ordering a new vehicle since we were unable to find what we wanted. We were able to text and call her with all types of question throughout the whole process from start until the day we drove off and call her back once we arrived home in Nashville, TN. Worst car purchase of my life This dealership is incompetent, and dishonest. Salespeople are not well educated in what they are selling. I was told I was being sold one thing, only to find out another after the sale. I was harassed by the financed guy who was unhappy I was buying my car instead of leasing. The car was delivered dirty, with no spare key or manual. My trade in was not paid off in a timely manner by the dealership as I received two notices that I was going to be turned into collections for a car that I no longer "owned". I have been to three other Mercedes dealerships in other states and never had the issues that I have had at Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville More
