Very entertaining experience, and by far the best around Geno very funny and very entertaining, time went by very quick. Went to find a used truck but bought a really nice 2014 Ram instead. Haasz had what I wanted. Trying to work out a deal on a new 2014 Dodge Avenger My daughter and I came into the dealership today looking to maybe get out of my 2011 Jeep and into a new 2014 Dodge Avenger. Geno is our salesman. He My daughter and I came into the dealership today looking to maybe get out of my 2011 Jeep and into a new 2014 Dodge Avenger. Geno is our salesman. He was friendly from the start and made our wait very enjoyable. Although they didn't have the dark blue one I had seen on the internet and had my heart set on they did have the black one that I had also seen on their website and really liked as well and took it for a test drive. After the a test drive he went right to work on trying to get me a good deal and a payment that I will be happy with. The approval was fast but the payment wasn't what I needed so he went back to work on it trying to get a better payment for me. It was taking a while and that is the one thing I dislike about shopping for car. When I told this to Geno he said he had everything he needed and he would continue to work on it and give me a call when he got me a better deal. I fully expect to hear from him in the morning to tell me he got me the payment I need and I can go pick up my car. I bought my last car from Haaz and have had all my service done by Haaz and they have always done right by me. Even though I don't have my new Avenger at the moment I know he will make it work and get me into that car. I highly recommend going in and seeing Geno for your new vehicle purchase.... More

From the moment I stepped foot out of my car, I knew I was walking into a welcoming but non over bearing place! Geno (of which I had no idea even worked there) asked if I was being helped, I had said yes and that I was looking for Brittany, he assisted me in the building and took me over to his desk and got the process started right away, I like that because I am not a first second or third time car buyer, I know the process. I was immediately welcomed with open arms, everyone in that dealer ship treated me as if I was the owner, it was like they laid out the red carpet for me. It was so laid back and relaxed, they offered me a meal, while they took care of everything! I walked around and high fived two of the employees lol! Finance director Greg is quite amazing at what he does, will go to extreme lengths to get you approved, and at the same time, treats you like a family member and not a customer. I felt like I was at a family get together, not a CAR DEALERSHIP!! I would recommend this place to ANYONE! JOB WELL DONE HASSZ AUTOMALL OF RAVENNA!!!! More
