His friendly demeanor was especially appreciated as he took the time to answer questions from my 13-year-old daughter, making her feel included in the buying process. This personal touch made a significant difference, as it’s rare to find someone who engages so thoughtfully with young customers. While we were discussing financing options with Eric Gerts, Geoff ensured that my daughter was kept entertained, a gesture that did not go unnoticed.
