Very disappointed in my service adviser Luis -#1 His poor lack of returning calls. #2 The following day after I picked up my truck from being repaired, it overheated again and I was advised by Luis to ju lack of returning calls. #2 The following day after I picked up my truck from being repaired, it overheated again and I was advised by Luis to just add coolant for the repeat issue of overheating and I stated my concern that I was not comfortable doing that and just driving my truck. He then told me to figure out how I should get it back to Stingray and maybe they would find time to work on it… I then reached out to his supervisor Katrina and she then facilitated with the pickup and repair of my truck the 2nd time. Thank you, Mike More
