From the minute we were greeted by Joey (Sales) and Geoff (Owner) it was made clear that this dealership was all about their custome been apart of. Everyone we worked with from picking out our vehicle to signing the final piece of paper work made us feel like we were part of their family. They made sure all details of the purchase were clear and understood through the entire process. It was nice finding this dealership after searching for a vehicle for a while as the other dealership we went to in the area never wanted to work with us and kept offering low ball offers on our trades where as Kelly started off with far offers and worked with me to get where we needed to be ensure we could get in our new vehicle. Called from South Jersey to make my deal on a 2021 Cadillac CT5 V. We had two possible deals- one in Jersey and one at Kelly Cadillac. We talked to Kim Cerny and explained my situation that I also had a trade, gave her some information- received a call back with a possible deal- within 2 hrs we had the best deal on both the 2021 CT5 V and the trade without any funny business! We drove from South Jersey and was greeted by Kim and owner Geoff Kelly to pick up my new Cadillac CT5 V. Geoff brought my husband and I back to the garage to see my new car as soon as we arrived which added a personal touch. Glenn took the time to explain all the documents and was very forthcoming.
