My Experience with Kelly Cadillac was very enjoyable, I was Looking for a 2012 Cadillac CTS Premium, upon arriving at the dealership I was greated by Pat Connor. Pat was extremely friendly and very informative he sat down with me and asked what kind of car i wanted and ensured me he would find the perfect match for me. I recieved a call from Pat not long after to inform me that he found exactly what i was looking for and we arranged a date to meet and test drive the car. The car exceded all of my expectations and was a perfect fit, Pat was great taking me through all the steps to make the purchase. Overall my experience with Kelly Cadillac was fantastic the whole staff was very professional and helpful and exceded all of my expectations. I would absolutely refer anyone to Kelly Cadillac and have them meet with Pat Connor he is a great salesman and was a absolute gentleman. Regards, Steve Preshlock More

Julie Gardner was great! My wife and I loved how we were professionally treated. Answered all our questions. Positive, enthusiastic, patient, and honest! We were looking at a few other vehicles, but decided to visit Kelly Cadillac to see what was available. We enjoyed the looks of the SRX, but fell in love with it once we drove it! More

I was in the market for a new vehicle, and was on the fence between Cadillac and Audi. From the second I stepped into the extremely clean and classy showroom, Julie Gardener was there to answer any and a fence between Cadillac and Audi. From the second I stepped into the extremely clean and classy showroom, Julie Gardener was there to answer any and all of my questions. We went over all of the features of the ATS that day. She was very laid back and was not pushy at all (as the Audi dealer was). She let me set up a test drive on my own time, and set my own pace for the car buying process. She responded to my emails very quickly, and did not fill up my phones voice mail with messages. She was very flexible in being able to meet to finalize the deal during a time my parents would be able to be there, as this was my first major purchase and I wanted them there for it. They detailed the car and had it ready before I was done signing all of the paperwork! Glenn did an excellent job explaining everything that I was signing. He brought light to a process that tends lengthy and boring. I even shook Mr. Kelly's hand, who congratulated my on my purchase and stressed that if he can help with anything, to let him know. He even put aside a hat for me because he felt that the ones that he had weren't cool enough. That family definitely has a one of a kind business that I would recommend to anyone. Follow up after the sale has been unexpected. Julie has been very helpful, answering any questions that I have had about the car, in a very prompt manner. She even offered to set up a time where she would meet me somewhere or I could meet at the dealership to go over any questions that may have popped up since delivery of the car, which I feel is a step that goes above and beyond! More

Although I have had vehicles serviced at your facility in the past, I had not purchased a vehicle from you until now. I can say with certainty it will not be my last. The minute I set foot on the lot, Marc Gagliardi could not have been more helpful. From the test drive to the final signature, your entire staff bent over backwards to make sure things went smoothly. Marc, in particular, literally stayed with me throughout the entire purchasing process that day – going so far as to sit with me in the parking lot to help me sync my cell phone to the car’s Bluetooth (long after the facility closed for the day I might add). Needless to say I was totally impressed. I can certainly see why customers go out of their way to come to your dealership. Ask anyone in my family – I have been a Cadillac fanatic since I was very young. Now, I have a dealership I can go to that is equally fanatical about taking care of its customers. Julie Gardner knew all the features that were on the SRX and explained them in great depth and was very personable. Closing paperwork was with Glenn Davis who was knowledgable and personable. Looked at several cars at over 5 dealerships. We knew how much we wanted to spend on a luxury sport sedan and what we could get for our budget. BMW, Lexus, Infiniti etc.......we found the car we wanted at a much we wanted to spend on a luxury sport sedan and what we could get for our budget. BMW, Lexus, Infiniti etc.......we found the car we wanted at a great price at Kelly Cadillac. Everyone took care of us and treated us well. I would recommend Marc Gagliardi and Kelly Cadillac to anyone as a dealership you could trust and expect to be treated with respect. More

There is not a dealership on Long Island nor in the tri state area that can compare to this down to earth family oriented business. From the time my wife and I arrived at Kelly Cadillac until the time we left, every part of our visit was absolutely top notch. I called the dealership on Wednesday and asked to speak with someone in until the time we left, every part of our visit was absolutely top notch. I called the dealership on Wednesday and asked to speak with someone in sales. I was lucky enough to be transferred to Julie Gardner and started to explain a situation that involved a previous car purchase. The scenario and situation that I laid on the table was an absolute mess, but after a few minutes of exchanging details and a few laughs (which were greatly appreciated) Julie, without hesitation, agreed to help me. Julie's enthusiasm and knowledge about the Cadillac brand are outstanding. She is not just there to sell cars. She understands the customers wants and needs, starting with the first step and eventually helping you to reach your goal... the purchase of your dream car. We decided that we wanted to purchase the Escalade on Thursday and before we knew it, Mr. Kelly was on the showroom floor. We were shocked. When you buy a car, how often is it that you get to meet the owner of the dealership??!! He shook our hands, chatted for a few moments, thanked us for our business and cracked a couple jokes. You do not see many class acts like this anymore. Glenn Davis is a finance guru. He is very thorough and if he catches something that could help you out in the end he makes it right. Glenn is very knowledgeable on the warranties, anti-theft, GAP, and all other protection services offered at the dealership. The Escalade was EXTREMELY clean and we got an awesome deal on it. Kelly Cadillac is an outstanding dealership. It is spotless inside and out, they have an awesome inventory, and the crew they have is second to none. Not only is the dealership lucky to have people like Julie, Glenn, and Geoff, but Cadillac is also extremely lucky to have such a great dealership in their system. It is because of this great group of people that we now own our dream truck. Thank you!!! More

This was my first connection with Kelly Cadillac and I found it a very refreshing expieriuence. I haven't purchased a vehicle since 2005 and expected a pushey pressured sales approach as I have expier found it a very refreshing expieriuence. On the contrary, from my pre-visit on line contact requesting a quote and trade in expectations I was treated with the utmost courtesy and honest straightforward information. My on-site visit was pre-arranged and my Wife and I were received graciously and treated with the utmost courtesy and a very professional attitude by everyone we came in contact with ( and that was at least 5 people at Kelly including the Owner ). As you know we purchased the Vehicle and were afforded all the promotions that were presented to us consistant with the on-line quote originally stated. I have since returned to have a Glass Coat applied to the Cadillac and again met with courtesy and a feeling of 'special treatment' by the Service Personnel and others un-named throughout the dealership.
