Very friendly, very loyal and very competitive. everyone remembers me, the owner always comes into the service waiting room to say hello. If I need a loaner for the day they are always willing to provide o remembers me, the owner always comes into the service waiting room to say hello. If I need a loaner for the day they are always willing to provide one at no cost during the service. I was very happy to hear Saab was saved becaus ethe Kelly dealership has made me a Saab customer. they know how to keep clients loyal. they make sure they are "touching" clients often enough so we think of them right away. They have made me a loyal customer for life because of their high touch high quality dealership. More
