I brought my truck in for an oil change and a tire rotation and I told him I thought I needed a new wiper motor. They called me and said the wiper motor would be $535. I told him to hold off because t rotation and I told him I thought I needed a new wiper motor. They called me and said the wiper motor would be $535. I told him to hold off because the wipers still worked. They informed me that my transmission cooling lines were leaking, so I said go ahead and fix them. When I came to pick up my truck and saw the bill I had to have them readjusted because they charge me for the tire ratation. I bought my tires from you ,free rotation. You also charged me $99 to diagnose the bad wiper motor, I told you the wiper motor was bad. I will no longer be bringing my truck to you for repairs. I can't afford to have you do the work. I have since got my wiper motor Replaced for $200. And to top it off you call me today and tell me I need transmission work I asked my mechanic , my new mechanic about it. He said the fluid looks fine for now. All you people want to do is upsell your services every time I have come there you call me a few days later with some outrageous repair. So I guess we will only be doing the free tire rotation and warranty work. I also will be informing my friends and will no longer be purchasing any new vehicles from you. More

I was the only car in the oil change Bay with both racks empty and still waited an hour! Also, showed the tech your ad for $29 oil change but was charged $43 without telling me. Can’t trust you folks empty and still waited an hour! Also, showed the tech your ad for $29 oil change but was charged $43 without telling me. Can’t trust you folks anymore as this is the 2nd time I have been charged more than what the price was supposed to be. More

Was surprised that no one was wearing a mask. Came in for a recall. No problems as we waited for the Jeep. We had our masks on and kept them on until we left and was in our Jeep. for a recall.
