Great waiting room Waiting room was great. Had nice places to sit and watch tv, read a magazine while drinking free coffee, hot coco and eating free cookies. There was a Waiting room was great. There was an hour and a half wait but that was due to it being on a Saturday and it was packed. They were upfront about the wait time and did not try to hide it. Also stopped in the sales department and asked a few questions about the vehicle and they took the time to help answer them. Two thumbs up! More

They have an excellent waiting area for customers with snacks, TV and even Wi-Fi stations for those who need. My husband worked for Chrysler for many years so I've been to many dealerships. This is by far one of the best I've ever been in. I had a couple of complaints, thus my rating of 4 stars, however I know that no place is perfect and this is by far one of the best in the state. In fact, I drive 90 minutes one way every time I go there... that should say something! I highly recommend Summit Automotive! More

Couldn't believe it! I had a water pump failure on the way home from work on a Friday afternoon. C I stopped at Summit automotive around 3:30pm. The dealership quickly dia I had a water pump failure on the way home from work on a Friday afternoon. C I stopped at Summit automotive around 3:30pm. The dealership quickly diagnosed / confirmed the problem and started work on my Jeep the same day! Unreal, talk about going above and beyond! I couldn't believe they made time for me and this type of repair. My Jeep was ready by 10:30am on Saturday morning. I couldn't have been happier.
