Repair of a 2007 Jeep Liberty The Summit service was fine and the employees are always friendly. However, I am finding it increasingly difficult today to look at a bill of $1056. The Summit service was fine and the employees are always friendly. However, I am finding it increasingly difficult today to look at a bill of $1056.70 and the "Labor Total" is $850.75. If my math is correct that is 81% of my bill. A bill which is mostly "extended warranty" coverage. Why the concern? 81%! Come on, really. I know how this rock rolls and for people like myself who work extremely hard for the things we have, the hidden costs inside an 81% are sinful. This has nothing to do with the service or the wonderful people under my vehicle who work at Summit, simply the raking over of a long standing customer. Have a great day! More
