Geoffrey "Nappy Head" Knap Geoffrey made the buying experience for my wife and I seem almost like magic (not that lame david copperfield stuff, more like the cool Gandolf kind); Geoffrey made the buying experience for my wife and I seem almost like magic (not that lame david copperfield stuff, more like the cool Gandolf kind); Geoffrey is a very solid member of your sales team. I will highly recommend Geoffrey to anyone wishing to have a very pleasant buying experience; except maybe kim kardasian, in my opinion she should drive a volkswagen hoopty with non-matching tires, just sayin. Pattilee and the other two nice ladies who helped finish the final details/remote starter were very friendly and knowledgeable; Made my wife and I feel as though we were shopping in a little place you may have heard of called Heaven. More

I walked in not really sure what I wanted exactly an I just want you to know that I had a wonderful experience at North Country Ford with everything. I walked in not really sure what I wanted exactly and I wasn't sure if I wanted to trade my vehicle in and for what??? When we walked in and met Geoffrey Knapp, we were welcomed without hesitation and he helped us figure out what might work for me. Once we got the ball rolling, everything fell into place. I ended up trading my vehicle in and getting a 2015 Ford Escape and really love it. Thanks to all who helped in the process but especially to Geoffrey Knapp and to Andy Malm for explaining what I could do now and what I could potentially do in the future. So far the Escape is perfect. Thanks so much. More

The sales team of Richard "Wally" Wall and Geoffrey Knapp were extremely understanding with what we were looking for and putting us in the vehicle that we needed. They took the extra time that it takes to help a customer find exactly what suits their needs. Patilee Yuki-Dinger-Szymanski made the finance paperwork go as smooth as silk. Her organization made the process go more efficient than any other dealership that we have dealt with. Jennifer Aune was extremely thorough with all the options that we had offered to us with our purchase. All the employees at North Country Ford treated us like family and not just a customer. More

WILL NEVER EVEBUY A FORD OR ANY VEHICLE FROM YOUR DEALERHSIP TIME TO TAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE LESSONS! Your service reps refused to believe issues/problems we were experiencing with your new vehicle. After 15 mon TIME TO TAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE LESSONS! Your service reps refused to believe issues/problems we were experiencing with your new vehicle. After 15 months Service did FINALLY determine we had a transmission issue. Parts for our 2013 Focus were ordered and we were told it would take a month for it to arrive. When the part did arrive we were told we had to wait over 2 weeks because their were numerous vehicles ahead of us. Sales Rep was of no assistance except to remark he would be able to help with a trade in!!! When trying to contact your Service Department we were on hold 6 minutes; however your front desk employees did make every effort to get us in touch with the service and they were courteous and helpful. More
