I went to the dealership to look at highlanders, but test drove a 4runner and fell in love. I left with their contact info and some idea of range, but I had to do more research. I went to another dealership that had a car already on the lot and the experience was terrible, so we left with no car. Called Manuel to see what they could do for us. Manuel and George were attentive, listened to what my needs were, worked through decision processes, had a clear picture of what I was willing and not willing. They found the 4runner in the Blue and worked a way to get it to me. I am a happy camper. They made this experience enjoyable and I didn't feel like a number, but a valuable customer. We walked all over the lot and he helped me zero in on exactly which car would fit my body, my bad back needed auto seat adjustment so I wouldn't twist it, the right size; not too large or small, etc. I felt like Goldilocks, but Carl found just the right car for just the right price and made my husband and I feel very satisfied.
