We’d originally wanted to go in to look at the “3rd row SUV’s” but once Dusti aske Everyone we worked with! My husband and I absolutely LOVE our car! We’d originally wanted to go in to look at the “3rd row SUV’s” but once Dusti asked us the important things like what do we Need in a car, what do we want in a car, what are the things that you will and will not compromise on, what is our ideal budget, and all of the other things that mattered to US, we then headed straight towards the SUV’s. I of course went straight to the 4Runners haha! However what we needed and what we wanted were two different things! After Dusti got a feel for what we actually needed, he asked us if we’d heard of the RAV4’s. At first I was a little apprehensive because it’s quite a bit smaller than the 4Runner (but we came from a Kia Optima so it’s still a pretty nice size bump for us!) After looking at it and driving it, I was ver pleasantly surprised! I mean come on it’s a Toyota so I shouldn’t have been surprised! I liked it a lot!.... Now I love it! Once we had decided on a make and model, we then headed in to actually make it ours!! Dusti and his other coworkers were GREAT! I had a great experience with each person every step of the way! We were there past closing and not once did they make us feel rushed (except upon our request!) They actually made us feel like they wanted to be there to help us and find a deal that worked for both parties. We are loving this car more and more everyday! Not only has Dusti and his coworkers made us feel like we will now be forever part of the Toyota Family, but we will now be going to Toyota of Gladstone for our car needs FIRST! More

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and Manny (Manuel) especially ! I had a really bad experience right before I found them so it was a huge sigh of relief when I found this car/ dealership Manny (Manuel) especially ! Manuel sat by us the entire 5 hours it took to get all the paperwork processed and kept us entertained, made sure we weren’t starving, and was so patient with us. My co-signer was across the country but they made sure everything went smooth and overnighted the paperwork for us! Also special shoutout to Brian Dowd the Finance manager who went above and beyond to educate us on the car itself and how to make it last longer and car insurance options. I am honestly so happy I came to this dealership. I got my dream car, my boyfriend and I made a new friend, and met some awesome people along the way. Highly recommend Toyota of Gladstone. I went to the dealership to look at highlanders, but test drove a 4runner and fell in love. I left with their contact info and some idea of range, but I had to do more research. I went to another dealership that had a car already on the lot and the experience was terrible, so we left with no car. Called Manuel to see what they could do for us. Manuel and George were attentive, listened to what my needs were, worked through decision processes, had a clear picture of what I was willing and not willing. They found the 4runner in the Blue and worked a way to get it to me. I am a happy camper. They made this experience enjoyable and I didn't feel like a number, but a valuable customer.
