He provided full explanations for all three models we requested test drives and explained the features of each one during my test drives. The price negotiations were expeditious and well presented. The delivery of the vehicle on the same day was excellent and George made sure the car met our expectations. He than set up and reviewed the many options on the car. Follow up contacts were made to ensure our satisfaction and answer any questions we had. The installation of two options were arranged and followed up by George. He needs to improve his attitude and stop trying to cram unwanted finance options relentlessly down the customers throat and threatening the sale of the vehicle unless you comply! Also talked to salesman to get an appointment to get a scratch in the clear coat from before the sale buffed out and get the car detailed, he said that I could only schedule on a Monday or Tuesday and only if the weather was good and the guy was there. I'm driving over an hour and a half to get there to get promised service and no guarantee that I can get it because there might be a shower or the guy might be fishing that day???? Won't know til I get there. More
