I never had to deal with anyone other than George Aflleje, a professional salesman, while negotiating the purchase of a new 2017 Hyundai Tucson Limited. George took care of everything from pricing, financing and delivery. Hyundai of St. Augustine is outstandingly unique in this regard. Also, because I did not have transportation, Hyundai of St. Augustine provided delivery! After visiting the dealership and test driving the exact vehicle I wanted to purchase, we completed most of the transaction over the phone. No hassle or haggling. Hyundai of St. Augustine are professionals and they make purchasing a car enjoyable. George Aflleje of Hyundai St. Augustine personally delivered my 2017 Hyundai Tuscon to my home. George and I completed the paperwork, financing docs etc. and then we went outside to my new Tucson Limited. George spent the next hour explaining Bluetooth, Blue Link, Voice Recognition, Navigation and the keyless operation and locking/unlocking of doors and rear hatch. My last new vehicle was a 2004 Infiniti G35 which does not contains any of those new technical upgrades so I appreciated learning about them from George Aflleje. Finally, George showed me how to navigate and find the nearest gas station using Voice Recognition and off we went. George proceeded to gas up my new vehicle and asked over and over if I was satisfied and for me to call anytime (which I have) with any questions. Indeed, I was satisfied! I was stunned by the entire process. Hyundai of St. Augustine and George’s Aflleje went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations in every detail. I hope George Aflleje is available in a couple of years when I decide to buy another vehicle from Hyundai of St. Augustine! More
