The lack of professionalism displayed by my sales consultants was uncalled for and the appropriate actions will be taken regarding their choice and tone of language towards you. Whether or not someone chooses to do business with us, all our guests our valued and should be treated with respect. Once again, I appreciate you bringing this incident to my attention as it is a critical part of our continuous improvement philosophy to learn from our mistakes and prevent them from happening in the future.

Thank you for your response. I think you need to speak to your sales staff and explain that there are times when they will spend time with a customer and they may not purchase immediately. These are not small decisions when you factor cost of a vehicle and financing terms, etc. I was in sales a long time and how you treat someone when the deal doesn't work, can be more important then when it does. I gave your team a second chance.. Some people wouldn't have given you a second opportunity. and BTW, it was Jack, not Joseph in the Finance Department that was very helpful and tried his best. And he should be complimented for his hard work. I just don't like the sarcasm from your sales staff - it's uncalled for.
