George is the Man! Working with Georgewas probably the only reason thatI purchased a vehicle on my visit. My wife and I had simply driven down from Jax to look. George was frindly,knowledgeable and professional from the beginning to the end. George went out of his way to make sure that my wife was comfortable in each car that she test rove and ultimately in the one we purchased. I will be recommending tis dealership and especialy George! Excellent experience. After getting in an accident that totaled our SUV we were dreading shopping for a new vehicle - the pressure, the haggling, etc. But George Affleje w After getting in an accident that totaled our SUV we were dreading shopping for a new vehicle - the pressure, the haggling, etc. But George Affleje was a pleasure to deal with; he listened to what we wanted AND what we didn't want and he delivered just that. I spoke to other salesmen at other dealerships and there was no doubt about who I wanted to buy from. The others immediately tried to convince me what a great deal they could give me on their most loaded (expensive) vehicle on their lot. George asked me what options were important to us?, what color did we prefer? and then gave us exactly what we asked for. Then it was on to the finance guy, "Joe" - "Great" we thought, now he is going to try to add on a bunch of stuff we don't need or trick us with double talk on the numbers. NOPE - straight forward, honest and patient. He took the time to explain our payment options and actually told us how to save the most money. I would definitely buy here again - only this time I wouldn't dread it! More

Don't waste "Their" Time This is the second time I gave St Augustine Hyundai an opportunity to sell me a car. Once you have spent time with them and worked out all the number This is the second time I gave St Augustine Hyundai an opportunity to sell me a car. Once you have spent time with them and worked out all the numbers, be sure to double check their "Dealer Fees", Registration fees and especially their "administrative fees" they add onto your cost of the vehicle. Make sure you check other dealers before you buy and compare their fees as well before you purchase from here. OH, and if you do work with their salesmen, make sure you are polite and explain to them you are not ready and will be checking around, since it seems that once they work up a price for you, they thoroughly expect you to buy from them! Otherwise, you are just "wasting their time"! This is the second time I found a vehicle for more than $800.00 cheaper somewhere else because of their fees and lack of negotiating. And I have gotten a call in return after I decided not to purchase it from them from a sarcastic salesman who tells me I wasted his time. Sorry, I don't just take the first price I see and when you tell me that's the "best you can do", I don't have to waste "your" time anymore, I just check around and see if there are better offers out there. Guess what..?? There are!! I don't need Jose' or George calling or texting me with a sarcastic comment about "how they thought we had a deal" and "thank you for wasting their time" No thank you! You lost two sales in 11 months.. and, BTW, you are welcome! And you don't need to worry about me wasting your time again in another 11 months when I buy another vehicle.. The Finance guy, Joseph was friendly and accommodating - Thank you Joseph for being professional. More
