The service adviso service advisor, Dave Moga. My 2023 Escape plug-in hybrid 10k mi synthetic oil Service scheduling and completion was perfect! The service advisor,Dave Moga, championed the appointment all thru Ford Pass, even redeeming my points for payment on the service and procured a tube of body touch up paint on the order, I requested. All was done pleasantly and in less than an hour! :) Their waiting area is a great space to relax, update on TV news, and has complementary expresso/coffee /tea station. More

As an older, single woman who knows nothing about cars, I'm always afraid I'll be ripped off but Bubba and George were very easy to work with.
