I drove 45 minutes each way to buy a car at Bob gillingham. I’ve been a loyal customer to them for many many years Because Bob Gillingham cared about their customers and gave amazing customer servi gillingham. Ken Ganley is not a Bob Gillingham. with that being said, I feel like they’re no communicating over there and they’re turning into a big box dealership. They just want quantity of Quality. Nowhere to park people everywhere people not knowing what they’re doing with. That being said I will not be returning and I will not recommend this dealership. More

I ordered a 2024 Ranger in July. George Bode was excellent at explaining all the options I had and approx. how long it would take for the vehicle to arrive. His estimate on the final cost was accurate and the tracking website was helpful to track the progress of my truck as it was being built. The truck arrived at the Brookpark dealership on September 19th. My outdated cell phone was a problem in getting my rewards points set up. George turned over the problem to Bubba Andrade, who actually worked over the weekend solving the technical problem of my outdated phone. When I took possession of the truck on Tuesday, Bubba had my rewards account all set up. When I came home and checked the FordRewards website and logged in, everything was in place and ready to go. George was great and Bubba saved the day! Nick got me up to speed on the warranty options as well as the clear-coat paint protection which I had added, and am glad I did. I was very nervous about such a large investment. The guys at Ganley were very kind at bearing with me at making sure I got what I needed. Love the truck. More
