They did what they said. No muss, no fuss. My only beef about the process was the $4500 of add-ons (Plad Tech and some sort of "protectant"). That is probably 3x the non-negotiable add-ons I've experienced at any other dealership. BUT, they've got an incredible selection and I expect to shop there again! More
