Just how it should be. My wife and I were starting to look for a new car and thought, wouldn’t it be nice to drive a new Lexus? So just for fun we popped in on Rick & George My wife and I were starting to look for a new car and thought, wouldn’t it be nice to drive a new Lexus? So just for fun we popped in on Rick & George and told them we were just courteous about driving a new Lexus. We were given the keys and were told they closed at 9:00pm! We all laughed. We came back and thanked them both and told them we were going to look at other cars. They were very kind and gracious. Three days later we called and told them that we were going to wait until next year to purchase. They understood and encouraged us to visit anytime. Well we kept thinking about our experience and couldn’t let our experience of driving the new and the way were treated and the knowledge they knew about their product just go by the way side. We went back five days later and bought our first new car in 15 yrs. we usually buy used by these two professionals took us in like family and handled everything like a Swiss watch. I now understand why these two were always busy with someone but made all the time in the world for our need. Thank you again, John Beery. More
