Service on my Audi Audi did a 65,000 mile service on my audi. They offered a few "extra" items such as rotate my tires, however i declined due to the excess cost of $ 1 Audi did a 65,000 mile service on my audi. They offered a few "extra" items such as rotate my tires, however i declined due to the excess cost of $ 119 or more. They did find another issue but wanted a price that i considered very excessive of $ 1,645.00 to repair. The extreme overcharge of service fees is why i probably will not come back for any future service on my Audi. my 2013 Audi has very low mileage and the few times i have brought it in, there is always "additional work recommended" which exceeds $ 1500.00. Also. when my car was in the dealership, they caused a dent in the driver side wheel well. They took full responsibility for this and had my vehicle repaired at no cost to me. I appreciated that i did not have to fight for the repair as it clearly happened at your shop. The service man George was very nice, courteous and attentive to my needs and questions. I rate my experience with him much more than my experience with my repairs. More

Audi San Diego has always been very responsive to my needs. Scheduling service with them is easy and seamless and the communication with the service staff is always timely and helpful. These guys are totally disorganized The service guys obviously had good intentions but they didn't pick up my car when scheduled, couldn't tell me where the pickup was or when they would The service guys obviously had good intentions but they didn't pick up my car when scheduled, couldn't tell me where the pickup was or when they would pick up, finally did pick up, and then I got a call an hour later telling me they were coming to pick up my car. Totally terrible start to the process in the 4th week of COVID-19. Then they recommended all new tires after 14k miles. I'm no expert, but seems wrong. The car was returned unwashed. They claimed it was "sterilized" but how is that possible when it's literally unchanged in cleanliness from when it was picked up. I'm not thrilled I bought the service package because I'm stuck with these guys, but if I could take my car somewhere else I certainly would. More

Overall great care by George and the team! Pretty much everything was great! We worked with George Gushulak who was on the ball and super helpful, very good to work with. He noticed it was due a service so we got this done at the same time as the repair and also had a couple of tires replaced. Only constructive feedback I have is when our car was returned it had not been cleaned which we thought it may have been given all the work we ended up getting done. More

Great experience car shopping at Audi San Diego! I bought a pre-owned (uncertified) Audi TT Quattro this week and had a great experience with Ameachi and Joyce. They helped me find the right car and I bought a pre-owned (uncertified) Audi TT Quattro this week and had a great experience with Ameachi and Joyce. They helped me find the right car and the right payments based on my budget. I also ended up getting a nicer car than I thought I would get by working out the numbers. I love my new car and can't wait to drive it more ofter after the COVID-19 lockdown is lifted =) More
