Not only was the workmanship unacceptable, the entire experience was one poor, from the patronizing service advisor who assumes his customers are idiots to poor communications, assumptions and zero attention to detail. Unlike other Audi dealers, I received my car back filthy with grease prints on the hood, missing tire valve caps (which were just replaced with the tires two day prior, all controls like radio and A/C in expreme positions, and the TPMS alarmed within 5 miles of leaving the dealership. Audi San Diego Service I was happy that there was a pickup/delivery service. Unfortunately the pick was 1 1/2 after the scheduled time- no courtesy call to let me know it wo I was happy that there was a pickup/delivery service. The service advisor called later that day and asked if next day delivery was ok-it was. Unfortunately, it took an additional day to get my car- again, no courtesy call to let me know of the additional delay. I had routine service done. No measurement was (or provided to me) for any service done. For instance, how much life is left in my break pads? How worn were they? I only got a checklist saying all the things were accomplished. Overall, I think the service is way overpriced. The service representative is very nice and pleasant to deal with. I was going to be charged for a tire rotation that did not happen and he quickly removed the charge. More

My appointment was made by phone speaking with Nacho who was very helpful and accommodating in arranging the servicing of our vehicle.
