Thank you George for great service! Somehow there was a mix-up and I was not on the schedule for service. We were concerned with the way our tires were wearing and our car needed an oil Somehow there was a mix-up and I was not on the schedule for service. We were concerned with the way our tires were wearing and our car needed an oil change. George was so kind and helpful. After a little wait, we were back on the road. Thanks to George our road trip stayed on track and we had peace of mind. More

Where is my vehicle? I had a 10 am appointment on Dec 4. Vehicle was dropped off at service dept. On Dec 5 at 10:13am I received a TEXT that the mechanic was starting to w I had a 10 am appointment on Dec 4. Vehicle was dropped off at service dept. On Dec 5 at 10:13am I received a TEXT that the mechanic was starting to work on my vehicle. WHY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IF THE DEALERSHIP IS'NT GOING TO ABIDE BY IT? Dec 5 , no word if vehicle was ready. Dec 6 no word. Dec 7 no word. Dec 8 no word. Finally, on Dec 9, I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP TO LOCATE MY CAR. When I retrieved my car, one attendee said the car was sitting in that spot since Friday. And guess what, no courtesy car wash More

Service Adviser Out and no one took over his clients I took my car in a week or so ago for a recall and some work on my air conditioning system that was very smelly. When I took the car in there were no I took my car in a week or so ago for a recall and some work on my air conditioning system that was very smelly. When I took the car in there were no loaners available but my service adviser seemed to think it would only take a day or so to finish the work. I called about three days after I left my car to check in because I hadn't heard anything. I found out that the service adviser was out for a death in the family...which I completely understand. However, I left several messages with the receptionist and Manny and never received a call back. I also got transferred to voice mail several times and was on hold for around 20 minutes. Finally I got my service adviser's voice mail and found out that he would be back in a couple days. So I waited and called the day that he returned at which time he told me my car was done...6 days later. All of this without a car or even a phone call. Very disappointing from a high end dealership. More
