I needed a new tire because tire was losing pressure and he automatically said he would apply the warranty and did so in short order without any drama. My new tire was at Audi by 10:00 a.m. the next morning, and I was on my way home in about an hour. Good deal. More

Fixed and final price under quote First time I used service since Audi SD has updated to text updates. The video walk through of the problem was great. Problem took a while to figure o First time I used service since Audi SD has updated to text updates. The video walk through of the problem was great. Problem took a while to figure out as the error code would not reproduce right away (understandable), but having a loaner Audi Q5 makes any wait tolerable as you remain in a great Audi vehicle. While this was still an expensive repair, coming in significantly under quote helped ease the pain. I have already bought my last two cars at Audi SD, and will look to them for my next Audi as well. More
