George Gushulak is an absolute gem! He is the only reason why I go to the Audi dealership... He helped me replace a fuse to solve an electrical issue and went right to it off the top of He is the only reason why I go to the Audi dealership... Took 6 months to get my car back from service. I understand supply chain issues and wasn't in their control. But Ron Mangseth, Brian Bates and Sue Holman never responded to emails or calls regardi I understand supply chain issues and wasn't in their control. But Ron Mangseth, Brian Bates and Sue Holman never responded to emails or calls regarding the delay and status of my vehicle. It was 2 months before anyone communicated when I was getting my car back. It wasn't until I informed them i was taking their loaner out of state that suddenly my car part was in stock. Did they forget about me?? Julie the service manager made it right thus the 4 stars but the leadership in this company can learn from their employees on delivering good service. The price gauging for labor is ridiculous especially when the repairs take 6 months to complete More

Unprofessional. I took my car in due to a loss of pressure in the front tire. I had an appointment same day I called for 3:40. Turns out there are no techs available at that time because they all go pressure in the front tire. I had an appointment same day I called for 3:40. Turns out there are no techs available at that time because they all go home early. No loaners available either. I have had preformed my 20k service at this dealership and had to book 3 months in advance for a loaner. 24 hours later it was diagnosed that I had a puncture in the tread of my tire and they will not patch it because it’s “something they don’t do” but wanted me to buy a tire for $305. I took the wheel to an independent shop and it was determined through a soap test that the puncture was actually through the side wall and it would be $180 to replace. Audi San Diego was also kind enough to suggest I need new rotors after 30k miles for over $1200. Service is awful, and they try to upsell you at every chance they get. Take your business elsewhere. More
