Experience My appt was 7:00. I wasn’t called at all and had to ask why at 7:30. Then another 20 minutes to get a rental. When I came to pick up the car it wasn’ My appt was 7:00. I wasn’t called at all and had to ask why at 7:30. Then another 20 minutes to get a rental. When I came to pick up the car it wasn’t washed so another 20 minute delay. The service on the car was good. I’ll never do an early AM dropoff. Should not schedule 10-15 customers at 7. More

Same issues persist Navigation using voice command doesn't work. Have been to dealer several times for this issue.
