Although I've always loved the Audis my family has owned I must admit that whe Brett Van Gompel has been my service consultant for well over 12 years. Although I've always loved the Audis my family has owned I must admit that when it's time for a new car Brett is a leading factor in returning to San Diego Audi. I can't imagine going to another dealership! Brett is always professional, extremely knowledgeable, communicative and I feel like he always has my family as his primary concern. One of our Audis is ten years old and is in amazing condition, which is a testament not only to the service technicians and to the quality of the car itself but to Brett, as well. He has recommended the right types of services over the years to keep it in great shape so our teenage daughter can drive it while giving my husband and I confidence that it's in good shape. This guy is an absolute gem! I should also mention that when Brett hasn't been in the office the other consultants have also been wonderful but I do love the fact that my family has been working with Brett for so many years that he readily knows our cars and our disposition as it relates to the maintenance of our cars. As a final note, the dealership is always clean and when I choose to wait for my car to be serviced the amenities are terrific. More
