I had to wait for hours for my loaner which was the dirtiest car I have ever driven. One week later my car had not been touched. Why tell customers to bring their vehicle before the shop has time to repair it? After another week and several calls I was finally told that parts had to be ordered. The car was ready after another week. 3 weeks for this simple LED screen repair is nuts. The leadership of your company has failed to keep up with your growth and is apparently incompetent. More
