Other wise you could save thousands from going to an Audi certified repair store. Just reference they will try to charge you $1,706 for something as simple as a water pump. You can get this part for certified VW/Audi for $269 with 2 year warranty you shouldn’t be paying more than $700 for this serice. More

Jerald knows customer service! We’ve had several issues with the service department in the past, to the point where I’ve had to speak with the General Manager to voice my frustratio We’ve had several issues with the service department in the past, to the point where I’ve had to speak with the General Manager to voice my frustrations. We purchased Audi care and 3 for 1 services when we bought the car, so we know that we have to come back to this dealer for our service. The most recent time, there was a hiccup (again) but Jerald made us forget about all of our past issues. It was our first time having Jerald as our service advisor and will not go to anyone else going forward. He recognized the issue, and went over and above to rectify the situation and make us whole. We understand human mistakes happen, but Jerald is the epitome of top notch customer service and how to resolve issues. Thank you Jerald! Side note: I’ve worked with George in the past and had the worst experience. When my husband dropped off my car recently, George was condescending and did not listen to what my husband was dropping the car off for— which was probably why we had to deal with the issue again (which Jerald was able to fix!)
