Q5 tire replacement Went to dealership to have a tire replaced because spare was not working. They told me to leave because it was about lunch time but they would get by Went to dealership to have a tire replaced because spare was not working. They told me to leave because it was about lunch time but they would get by end of the day. Around 4:00 called the phone number on the service ticket. Got voicemail with no option to go to service. Found service number on line and called backed got the tech's voicemail. I called back about half hour later & got the tech he said he would call me right back. At that time he said they were backed up because 9 men were out. After 30 minutes no return so I called him. He said they need to keep the car overnight. they were slammed because of the upcoming holidays. I had to ask for a link to get a ride home from work and to work the next day. He sent link to get me home but not to work. Next day around 10:30 he called & asked if I had ordered the part for the car! He went on to say they were test driving the car to address the squeeky drivers seat. How do you test drive a car with a flat tire?I called around 4:30 to see status of the car. The new tire was just received moments ago but the car would be ready at 5:00. he sent me link to get a ride to dealership. I arrived at 5:20. Car not ready. he calls on radio and the response is they are still working on the car it would be a while, Tech turns to me and says the car is coming right up. 20 minutes later car arrives. While waiting I hear this tech how slammed they are going to be tomorrow because of the upcoming holiday. If this is so predictable why not put on more staff or extend hours? He said they addressed the recall notice which I never received previously and fixed the seat. the seat is worse than ever. Also found out when I checked in they had the wrong vin number for the car which I bought from this dealership and had been serviced once before. When they serviced my wife's car for an oil change they forgot to put the dip stick back in the car. More

Poor service I brought my car in on a Tuesday and no service was performed so I rescheduled for the following Thursday and when they got back to me they told me w I brought my car in on a Tuesday and no service was performed so I rescheduled for the following Thursday and when they got back to me they told me what they had wanted to do with my automobile. When I told them I would like a second estimate they made me wait for two hours to get my automobile returned to me. I knew that they had been waiting to return my car because it was warm from sitting in the sun for I don’t know how long. More
