I do not recommend this dealership, I had a horrible experience. I chose a used vehicle I had interest in, but was given ONE offer and not shown any other vehicles to look at. The finance manager gaslig experience. I chose a used vehicle I had interest in, but was given ONE offer and not shown any other vehicles to look at. The finance manager gaslighted me, and they stalled and did not care that I was dissatisfied with the vehicle. In essence I got stuck with the vehicle and given no alternatives to get out of a bad deal. First time buyer also, just horrible. More

Sun roof not properly inspected when sold to me. Freddy was little to no help and gave me attitude and showed annoyance when I expressed concerns. He even followed me out to the parking lot to tell Freddy was little to no help and gave me attitude and showed annoyance when I expressed concerns. He even followed me out to the parking lot to tell me how if he didn’t care I would not be in “HIS” rental while my broken car they sold me was getting fixed who does that?? Write off check to my bank was less than agreed on paperwork. George and golden told me to continue to pay trade in until the check cleared that I would be reimbursed and it did not happen. I was told it was my financial responsibility in the end. If it weren’t for the warranty I’d never speak to or do business with anyone here again. More
