I always consider Audi as a prestige brand and their
service should be outstanding. It was an eye opening since I purchased my Q5 back in June in this dealership. The sales "Warren Wendt" appeared like

The sales "Warren Wendt" appeared like a nice person in the beginning, but he became a little pushy, disorganized, and dishonest throught out the purchasing process. I went back and forth three times to the dealer, because Warren couldn't get the paper works done. With him, I went through missing keys, mising registration, the worst of all is missing panoramic roof!!! Yes, after I've completed the purchasing process I found out the car I bought wasn't the same that I've test drove with Warren. The feature differnces of both cars were never mentioned by him. The issue was escalated to the general sales manager George Kotsiras. Who is not helpful to resoving the problem, but trying to selling me another car instead... Some advice for anyone who sees this review. If you can, avoid purchasing a car from this dealership. Beacuse people there are just want to making a sale and after the deal's done you don't mean anything to them but a stranger. If you have to go to this dealership, do not trust anyone there and do your homework ahead. Avoid the sales (Warren Wendt) will definately make your life so much easier.

First of all, for clarification purposes, the sunroof is not standard equipment on the Q5, it is an option. Not sure where you are getting your information from, but you are welcome to confirm this with any other legitimate, independent source if it makes you feel better, much like the negative review you left us on New Year's Eve. (6 months after taking delivery of your new car)
When you came into our dealership you shared with Warren that you were looking for a Q5 and had a strict budget. He provided you with an option that was as close as possible, and we bridged the gap by giving you a discount. At least you acknowledge that in your review. You did not commit to a purchase with us until the day after your initial visit, I’m sure you used the time to shop around for a better price.
It's only common sense that if you desire a different vehicle with additional equipment and features, you pay for those additional features.
Click the link below to see a photo of our “dimly lit,” garage. As you can see, it has industrial fluorescent lighting that could light up an airport runway. I find out after the fact that a sunroof is standard for audi Q5. The chance to find a Q5 without a sunroof is one in the thousands. Warren bought us to your storage facility (a dimed garage) only to check out the exterior and interior colors. According to him, that's the only difference between two Q5s and I took his word for it. This is a major structure difference and your sales has the responsibility to point it out in very first place. I've also mentioned this to your sale manager George. His reply was the Q5 I have purached wasn't a standard Q5. Through out the whole process, I've never said that I want a "custom made" Q5 WITHOUT a sunroof.
Another thing about this dealership for anyone who's seeing this review. This dealer does not giving any refunds if you are not satisfied with your new car purchase. Instead, you get credit and you can only use for purchasing another car in the same dealer. Of course, you have to pay the difference in MSRP. Not to mention, I did not pay MSRP for my Q5. This is what they claimed advantage and generous offer for their customers.
First, I never interest in purchasing a car without a sunroof. The sale would not going through if I knew this in the beginning. Second, I've been very patient, worked with a regional manager for about half a year, and trying to come up with a better solution. Up until the sale manager George sent me a proposal of trade in my Q5 for a another Q5 with sunroof option. In the proposal, my Q5 depreciation plus the price difference on the new car. Ironically, I could end up paying the price close to a SQ5 just to have a sunroof. This made me relized the dealer has no interest in resolving the problem, but making sales.
I did test drive and made the purchase at the same time on my very first visit in this dealership. I walked in with 100% trust and believed in their expertise. Unfortunately, there is no apprciation or consideration of the time I put in and the inconvenience this may cause me. This will not be my last car purchase in my life. I decided it's not worth it to have it continuously effect on me through the new year. Therefore, I want to share my experience and hopefully no one ever follows my steps again.
