I always consider Audi as a prestige brand and their service should be outstanding. It was an eye opening since I purchased my Q5 back in June in this dealership. The sales "Warren Wendt" appeared like service should be outstanding. It was an eye opening since I purchased my Q5 back in June in this dealership. The sales "Warren Wendt" appeared like a nice person in the beginning, but he became a little pushy, disorganized, and dishonest throught out the purchasing process. I went back and forth three times to the dealer, because Warren couldn't get the paper works done. With him, I went through missing keys, mising registration, the worst of all is missing panoramic roof!!! Yes, after I've completed the purchasing process I found out the car I bought wasn't the same that I've test drove with Warren. The feature differnces of both cars were never mentioned by him. The issue was escalated to the general sales manager George Kotsiras. Who is not helpful to resoving the problem, but trying to selling me another car instead... Some advice for anyone who sees this review. If you can, avoid purchasing a car from this dealership. Beacuse people there are just want to making a sale and after the deal's done you don't mean anything to them but a stranger. If you have to go to this dealership, do not trust anyone there and do your homework ahead. Avoid the sales (Warren Wendt) will definately make your life so much easier. More

Mike and Laris were more than helpful with the purchase of our new SQ5.Both were very knowledgeable at what they do. Kelly was able to fix my tires and rims much quicker than probably expected. They look fantastic and the price was even better going through Kelly and Audi Burlington than any of the big tire retailers. E probably expected. Not true Kelly was able to save me on the overall cost with a coupon that Audi Burlington sent out to me on the repair and the alignment. This is my 5th time working with Kelly and everytime I leave blown away with price and how fast the work is performed. Thanks Kelly! More
