They go the extra mile. Every effort was put into resolving my issue. The technician explained the repair as it was nothing typical. George Kraft was great! George Kraft was unbelievably kind and made sure i got exactly what i wanted! I would recommend him to anyone! He even delivered my car to me at work on new year's eve. Absolutely outstanding customer service from him. If his service refelects the company then it is an outstanding company, if his service reflects his compassion then he is an amazing human being and definitely an asset to the company. I could not be happier with my purchase but especially with my salesman and the customer service i received. Thank you for all of your help with my first purchase of a brand new car! More

Leaving I had a great experience at first until last service apt. After 3 appointment I found out diesel fuel is in my def tank. Ike come to tell me the news I had a great experience at first until last service apt. After 3 appointment I found out diesel fuel is in my def tank. Ike come to tell me the news and that it’s not covered under warranty. Then I go back and look and was told somehow diesel got put in def tank and it’s a 2100 repair not covered. Great! Then I go talk to George and he goes to talk to mechanic. I see George walk past and I’m wonder what’s going on now. He decides to text me saying truck isn’t covered under warranty for this. Good customer service. Then I’ll tell Ike I’m not spaying for something I didn’t do and they said they can’t cause they didn’t do it. Then I told them is it possible that it happened before I got the truck? I did have 300 miles on it. Cricket! I said same thing to Jeff the regional sales guy. His response was all I can say is ford has no idea how diesel got in the tank. Well, I got stuck paying 1973.00 to get it fixed. I will no longer be coming back. I even offered to pay 1/2 cause I thought that was fair. Nope. More
