Working Together I've recently had a A+ five star customer service experience unlike any before. My truck, a Chevrolet Silverado was purchased used from Russ Darrow Ho I've recently had a A+ five star customer service experience unlike any before. My truck, a Chevrolet Silverado was purchased used from Russ Darrow Honda, it needed a new door hinge. Service replaced the hinge but because it was a Chevy; the body shop had a hard time getting it 100% right. Greg the service manager and George the general manager worked together to make sure it was 100% and that I was happy with the repair. They asked me to take it to a local body repair shop which had more experience working on trucks like mine. The door was fixed and they picked up the bill. Customer service is no longer an option in this highly competitive environment. Dealerships need happy customers that will tell others just how great a job the dealer did before,during and after the sale. Greg, George and the Russ Darrow team is focused on their customers. More

I had a super fun time today at Russ Darrow Honda. Kavanaugh and Shannon were excellent to work with. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. Met this man, knew him, very nice once you get to know him. But he said something once that I'll never forget.. "You can get a car with no money but not a house" anybody with this attitude who's in manage him. But he said something once that I'll never forget.. Him and the Dealer I worked with while getting my first vehicle with really no established credit.. Were dishonest. They'll make you believe you can afford a certain car note. My advice is too always have someone with you thats knowledge of the mind of salesmen and cars. Do not go to Russ Darrow Honda to purchase your first vehicle. This dealership and there salesmen are more focused on there own self interest then they are trying to get you a fair deal. More

FALSE ADVERTISING AND DISHONEST SALESMEN. So I see a preowned 2015 Mercedes SUV through Car Gurus that Russ Darrow Honda has on the lot. I speak to the salesman who told me they got the car in So I see a preowned 2015 Mercedes SUV through Car Gurus that Russ Darrow Honda has on the lot. I speak to the salesman who told me they got the car in trade - wife wanted a smaller car. Salesman Rowley leads me to believe they would accept a lower than posted offer if I come in person. I get there with my wife all excited to buy the car at an expected price and he brings the sales manager who treats us like dirt. Not only will they not accept any price less than what was posted, but the three free oil changes that come with "any used purchase" do not apply to this vehicle becasue this vehicle requitres ful synthetic motor oil. It was a complete lie, a sham just to get us into the showroom. THIS IS CLEARLY FALSE ADVERTISING BOTH IN THE ONLINE AND TV ADS AND EVEN ON THEIR ON HOLD PHONE ADS. So we leave disgusted. Salesman next calls me multiple times with offers of "one free detailing per year for life" - or we wil l also throw in at least one free sythetic oil change - MORE LIES. After going back and forth for a week AND IN PERSON THREE TIMES THINKING WE WOULD GET THE SALESMAN PROMISED AD ONS THAT WERE THEN NOT APPROVED BY THE SALES MANAGER!!! We finally ended up buying the car at the full posted price with a handwritten note from the sales manager saying we could have TWO detailings that expire in two years. Who knows if that handwritten note will ever be honored. The sales manger signatire is not even legible. Its liek the sales manger did everything he could to keep us from buying this car and the salesman was lying to us just to get us back in the showroom to talk. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - DISHONEST PROMISES. And when we get the car home we find a huge scratch that we didn't see previously - good luck with at. NEVER AGAIN RUSS DARROW HONDA. FALSE ADVERTISING AND DISHONEST SALESMEN. More
