My wife and I had originally contacted George Mogollon because he had an Explorer ST on the lot that we thought we were interested in. But as nice as it was, the price for that fully loaded beast just di because he had an Explorer ST on the lot that we thought we were interested in. But as nice as it was, the price for that fully loaded beast just did not make since for our budget. In taking a few minutes to talk to George and explain what we were looking for and why and not just the desire for 400HP in a really cool car, he offered an alternative to think about. A RAV4 for our son instead of buying the Explorer ST for my wife and giving my wife's Explorer to our son. And with a little bit of discussion, a test drive and thoughts of our son's future we just bought a RAV4 XLE. Solid car with great personal recommendations. George set the expectations on availability, pricing and possible interest rates up front. There would be a delay because of availability for new cars, but even though we had to wait for George stayed on top of things and kept us informed. And we did not have to settle for just any RAV4. George worked with us to find the right package and a great color and when it was ready for delivery, he helped us schedule a convenient time to come up and sent us a link to submit for a loan through Toyota. Being able to sit down at home and submit the loan application before delivery was a big help and made it quick and easy to get the data entered and submitted. Once there George showed us the car, let us give it the once over and we were very quickly in with Brian Salm to finalize all the paperwork. I had bought my 2012 Tundra Limited from George and thought the process back then was pretty painless and surprisingly this Team has only made it better. This was an excellent experience. George is great to work with and why we went back to him a second time and will for future purchases. Communication skills are great and he does not try and hard sell you into a vehicle you do not want. Brian Salm was new to us for the finance piece, but he was excellent as well. He explained everything and had it down pat. No laboring away on paperwork for hours, explained options up front and moved quickly and diligently to get everything completed. The camaraderie at Pat Lobb is excellent, the showroom is very nice and you do not get that feeling that every sales person is about to pounce when you come in. Very polite and help you get where you need to be. I highly recommend George and Brian and would easily go right back if I needed to get another vehicle for any reason. More
