Best car buying experience I’ve ever had! David kept me in the loop at all times. We had to wait a bit for our car to arrive as that is the way of the world theses days. But, I always felt informed! Kyler made my Subaru buying experience a BREEZE. When I went in to order my Subaru he was attentive to what I wanted and made me feel like part of the family. He even told me they had exactly what I wanted went in to order my Subaru he was attentive to what I wanted and made me feel like part of the family. He even told me they had exactly what I wanted on order already and I could get the exact Subaru I wanted in the next month! He kept me updated from order to delivery. The day of pick up I was in within hours of my car being delivered, flew through finance, and was in my new car within hours, the fastest dealership experience I’ve ever had. I decided to get some accessories. Kyler walked me through the process of purchasing the accessories and getting me set up with an appointment to have them installed in the next week. He delivered my car to me and made sure to answer any and all questions I had. I will be recommend Subaru Superstore of Surprise to all my friends and will make sure they speak with Kyler because he was AWESOME! More
