A great place to purchase your Subaru. Travis found the vehicle I wanted and from the moment my husband and I arrived he made us feel relaxed and without pressure. Travis took a lot of time helping me with the starlink hookup and anything else I requested. He went over the cars features and optional equipment. I was really hesitant to purchase a new car through a dealership based on previous experiences. David was wonderful and transparent throughout the entire process. Where do I even begin about Kyler? He is by far the best salesman / car person that I’ve ever worked with. I purchased my 2022 BRZ Limited from Kyler in AZ with the intent to register it to CA. When I appro salesman / car person that I’ve ever worked with. I purchased my 2022 BRZ Limited from Kyler in AZ with the intent to register it to CA. When I approached Kyler via a text, he didn’t try to upsell different products to me, and was very candid about everything in the order. He also made sure to get all the paperwork ready so that when I actually sat down with the finance manager, I was out in 20 minutes. No, not the usual 3-4 hours of declining various packages and add-ons. Twenty. Minutes. That’s insane to me. He’s a passionate car guy who’s working on rebuilding an old E30 and his expertise in Subaru products were not only confidence inspiring but refreshing. There are so many dealers out there who aren’t familiar with the products they’re selling. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work throughout the entire process and for making going to a dealership an actually enjoyable experience. As a side note, I had given Kyler specific instructions regarding the car before I picked it up (do not wash it, no drilling the front plate, etc.) and he did everything on his end to adhere to those directions. It’s a shame that the dealership isn’t taking any more out-of-state orders because I’d do the 350mi flight and drive back again to buy my wife’s next car from him. More
