I contacted them via internet inquiring about a used vehicle that had low mileage. Matt followed up with me the next day and told me he would be ready to meet with me whenever it was convenient for us! We showed up a day or two later, Matt already had the car we were potentially looking at pulled around waiting for us. It was easier to finance a brand new car with our trade in rather than a used car. So they did the unthinkable and found me and my husband the best rate I have ever seen- 1.9% APR+ $2,500 in rebates for being college graduates, and got us top dollar for our trade. Not to mention a BRAND NEW 2018 Ford Fusion. Matt kept us updated throughout the entire process and even got the car ready for us to take home himself! He seems to truly pride himself on offering a great customer experience! His finance manager George was also so friendly and knowledgeable about everything and never made us feel pressured. He literally said, " hey this is your decision, it's your money, your car, I'm just here to support that decision!" Matt called 48 hours later to check in on we were enjoying it. When I returned a few days later to drop off a spare key to the van, he even took it through the carwash for me! Thank you, Matt and Parks Ford for this experience- and of course our new car!!! I would absolutely recommend Parks Ford and their whole team to anyone! More
