I was looking for a used Audi R8 and my search led me to Crown Audi in Florida. I contacted them via email and was directed to Mr. George Rangelov. I wanted a PPI and it got done ASAP. The negotiations were very fair. The car was packed beautifully for transport and arrived in New York in beautiful shape. This was a wonderful business relationship and I would work with George again and again. i recommend hem highly, he is a passionate car guy. More

Ok, let me say this was the absolute best experience in Ok, let me say this was the absolute best experience in buying a car i've ever had.First of all i am an out of state buyer from Colorado and thought Ok, let me say this was the absolute best experience in buying a car i've ever had.First of all i am an out of state buyer from Colorado and thought there may be a few headaches involved with that(Which there are some issues for registration purposes specific to Colorado), but all of those worries dissappeared quickly.George and Paul worked fast with me and were always responsive to any questions as i had quite a few for them.From the word go we finalized the deal in a matter of a few days and i asked my father to pick it up for me and drive it to Chicago where i will get it later.George picked him up from the Airport and took the time to show him how the car works and took him to lunch. The bottom line is that these guys know how to treat a customer and if i buy another Audi, i dont care if im in another state , i will be looking at Crown Audi Clearwater as my first choice! More

Even though we live 4 hours from this dealership and we have an Audi dealer in town, we decided to buy our new A5 from Crown Audi in Clearwater, FL. It did not matter that we were remote and did most of our communication by e-mail or phone, his attention for detail, responsiveness and ability to understand our requirement and wishes and deliver against them is unfortunately a rare commodity these days. They demonstrated flexibility, appreciation and respect throughout the entire process. I was fortunate to come into contact with them. In a day and age where it is hard to trust people in any industry, the people at Crown Audi showed that there are good people in this world who are truly there for you and want to make a complicated decision, a seamless one, one with integrity and honesty. Al Kirschbaum was very helpful in getting the most for our the car we traded in. the sales manager, Tony Ricciardulli was right there to welcome us with the new car and the finance manager Paul Lundy was very helpful in getting the best finance rates and to make the paperwork go smoothly. Crown Audi is the best dealership in the area and they are great to work with in buying a car. we were so happy we purchased a second Audi 1 month later. More

I can't think of a single vehicle service appt. where I left the premises dissatisfied in any way.
