I was there for an oil change and tire rotation, Emily got me in and out in less than 40 minutes. This has always been the case when I do an oil change. They kept you updated with texts which is helpful a got me in and out in less than 40 minutes. This has always been the case when I do an oil change. They kept you updated with texts which is helpful and in the end they go over what they performed on your car so you get an idea the condition of your car. No upsell or sales pressure. One word. Great! Some reasons: 1) Promptness - getting routine service done quickly 2) Specialization - I had a number of questions about the software and e Great! Some reasons: 1) Promptness - getting routine service done quickly 2) Specialization - I had a number of questions about the software and electronics on my seven month old Prius Prime. My service manager called in the shop foreman who is also the technical expert on these things. He really knew his way around the user interface and showed me several things I hadn't found and explained some other behaviors I hadn't figured out. And I'm pretty technical. I did have one puzzler that he'd never heard of. His response was appropriate: "If you ever figure it out, let me know". A great technician takes an INTEREST in things like this. 3) Going the "Extra Mile" - I noticed one of your lead service managers helping a fellow customer by attempted to deal with some very minor body surface issues. I had some paint scuffs from an unfortunate encounter with another vehicle's (large) tire. I asked him if he'd take a look at my problem. He did and demonstrated use of a marvelous product - "California Gold Scratch Remover". It worked for my case and I promptly bought a bottle to finish the job with. 4) Comfort - Royal Moore's customer waiting area is first class. I could go on but I want to keep this reasonably short. -DonD More
