These guys are good, fair and quick. Really have never had a problem with them, and one major issue with Toyota itself was handled well. It is fast, friendly and fun if you grab a cup of coffee while wandering around the new Toyotas in the showroom right next to the Service Lounge. For the third time in 8 years my Tech found a nail in a tire, again before it went flat. What more could a 2008 Avalon owner, who treasures his ride with AVA over his 2 Mercedes SLs, a 71 Gran Prix SJ, a Cadillac Convertible, a 55 Olds Super 88 Holiday Hardtop. etc.. Outstanding Customer Service & Care I initially went in to get my Camry serviced and saw they had a car of interest available on their certified lot. He helped arrange for my vehicle to be evaluated by George in service. When we determined that we would replace the Highlander, he was a class act, putting no pressure to buy.
