Great Customer Service! We had no intention of buying a new car, we were there just to pick up my 2007 Avalon from Service, but after we heard about some of the items we woul We had no intention of buying a new car, we were there just to pick up my 2007 Avalon from Service, but after we heard about some of the items we would need to get repaired we decided to just browse and see what was available. The Team was amazing and willing to work with us on what our need was and what we could actually feel comfortable financially. Howard was great, patient, and a great listener and really cared about our needs. We had a great experience and eventually purchased another Avalon (2016). Everyone from Sales, to the GM, and Finance Managers, they were all awesome and encouraging and the one thing I really noticed is that everyone of them thanked us for our business. That is Customer Service!!! You want a good experience in buying a car? Then you really need to go to Royal Moore Toyota! This was our second purchase from Royal Moore and it won't be the last! More

Quality People Okay, so I almost never fill out surveys. However, my experience at Royal Moore Toyota was so positive that I felt obliged to do so. Let me start by Okay, so I almost never fill out surveys. However, my experience at Royal Moore Toyota was so positive that I felt obliged to do so. Let me start by saying that my sales person, Pablo, was very new to car sales. That being said, Pablo was an outstanding sales person who really, really went out of his way to answer all of the questions that I had, and was extremely attentive. He even helped me deliver my newly purchased Tacoma TRD to my home, while the dealership was closing down. Then there was George in the service department. I take my Corolla in for servicing regularly at this dealership, and have gotten to know George. George came out on at least 3 occasions to make sure I was taken care of and to offer advice, all of which was very reassuring. It really was. Yes, I know that Toyotas have a great reputation and that they practically sell themselves. However, it was the level of care afforded me at the dealership that impressed me in the past and continues to impress me now. I had been looking at the Tacoma for over a week, and had spoken to a sales manager and a finance specialist. Their names were James and Nate, respectively. They were attentive, crunched numbers with me, and answered all my questions in a direct fashion. They did not waste time, were quick to respond to my finance questions, and efficient during the closing process. They were also very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Royal Moore Toyota, Pablo, George, James, and Nate to my family and friends. Thanks Royal Moore Toyota - I love the Tacoma! More

Fast and Freindly The people at Royle Moore Toyota where nice to work with. Buying a Vehicle from them was fast and easy. My sales guy I worked with (Aws) was fun, friendly and down to earth. I would definitely work with him again in the future. Not only did I buy a new vehicle, I also added aftermarket parts to the truck and Aws helped get it done with the friendly staff in their parts and service department. Also, working with the finance department went smooth as well. Signing papers is normally a pain, but here at Royle Moore, it went fast and painless. After everything said and done, I will definitely come back when purchasing a new vehicle. Thank you too all staff who helped in this process. More

All around great, quick experience We needed a new family vehicle that we could rely on over the next several years, that also has great mileage for my husband's daily drive to Portland We needed a new family vehicle that we could rely on over the next several years, that also has great mileage for my husband's daily drive to Portland. Howard Rice was the sales rep that helped us out. He knew the answer to every question we had, listened to our concerns for each and paid attention to what we needed and what we could afford. We decided on the 2018 Highlander, which has everything we wanted, plus some. Basically, my dream car. Great mileage, lots of room, heated seats, moon roof, bucket seats in the middle row, EVERYTHING I've ever wanted. It has a great warranty package, along with the typical car services included for the next couple years at Royal Moore. We did a quick test drive and fell in love, but we weren't sure if it was in our price range. Howard had a few other co-workers run the numbers to see what we could get for our trade in vehicle, interest, etc. and it all worked out oh so well. We decided to go with a lease, so we could either trade it in for different vehicle in a few years if we choose so, or buy it at a spectacular price. We were dreading the whole buying a new car process because other dealerships/sales reps have been so pushy, and unwilling to help with what WE needed, rather than what they tried to force us to get. We were only there for about 5 hours total, which again, is unheard of for the car buying process. I know this because of past experiences, and everyone that has asked about it was amazed at how quick and smooth it all went. I never thought I could have a brand new car like a Highlander, but thanks to Howard and Royal Moore, we were able to purchase my dream vehicle that we will more than likely have for years. I highly recommend this dealership, but even more so, highly recommend the support of Howard Rice. Thank you all for making this such a joyful (not dreadful) experience for us! I will surely pass this information along to anyone in the future that is looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Always great service I've been using the shop at Royal Moore Toyota for years to fix anything I couldn't myself on my beater of a '97 Tercel. George has always done right I've been using the shop at Royal Moore Toyota for years to fix anything I couldn't myself on my beater of a '97 Tercel. George has always done right by me, so, when it came time to purchase a new car for my wife last year, and knowing she wanted a Rav4, Royal Moore is where we headed. Ron set us up with a fair price on a fully safety featured version with minimal hassle, and we've been loving that car ever since. My little Tercel has been struggling along, and it's lack of a/c has been killing me of late, so, it being time for an upgrade, back to Royal Moore Toyota we went. I'm quite pleased with the certified pre owned Corolla S Aws set me up with, and the price we worked out with Ron. They're a genial bunch, and a pleasure to work with. It was getting late, and I dont think I ever caught the name of the gentleman in finance who closed everything out for us, but it was great talking Star Wars with him, and certainly made signing my name fifty times less of a chore. Thanks again to George for the consistently excellent service, both customer and mechanical, and to Aws, Ron, and the unknown finance guy for a great car and a pleasant buying experience. Big congratulations to Aws on the new baby girl as well. More

Able to get me a good deal while being courteous and kind. I have to say that Ezra, Jessie, Pam, Nick and Brent were excellent. Ezra, being at a higher level, was able to get me into a 2017 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid I have to say that Ezra, Jessie, Pam, Nick and Brent were excellent. Ezra, being at a higher level, was able to get me into a 2017 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid Limited at a price point that was better than any of the dealerships in the area. Additionally, was very kind and patient with the many questions and comments I had. Pam also was very kind in answering questions I have if Ezra was unavailable. Jessie ended up being the contact and help in going through the complexities of actually paying for and picking up my car and was most kind. Nick and Brent were very helpful in bringing a few Rav4 Hybrids up to look at and even test drive... Oh yes, and George was so kind and personally interested in helping me add a tow hitch with wiring, the results of which was excellent. I would like to use this opportunity to thank them all. More
